Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. As a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW), Life Coach, and Sleep Behavior Specialist, my mission is to help you create a life you truly love.

I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, including stress and anxiety, sleep disorders, and personal development. My focus also extends to coping and self-care strategies, self-esteem and confidence building, work and career challenges, as well as navigating life transitions and finding meaning. By addressing these areas, I aim to empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.

For two decades, I've been helping people by integrating traditional, science-backed therapy techniques with innovative life coaching strategies. This approach creates real, lasting results. I named my company Balanced + Well because I have learned that this is how I need to live my life—balanced and well.  As a mother, a wife, a therapist, and a coach, I realized balancing everything I love doing requires a lot of grace, intention, and patience. I believe living a life you love is also a work in progress. And oftentimes, we need support, guidance, and accountability along the way.  Through my relatability and professionalism, I pride myself on the ability to facilitate lasting change for my clients.

Locations:

I am happy to see you in my office in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, or via telehealth. I work with women all over the country through telehealth, making it easy to set up sessions that fit your schedule. I accept many EAPs and insurance plans because my goal is to remove obstacles so you can get the support you need.

I get it! Stress and anxiety took their toll on me too.  I see you and get you because I have been there. I know there are not any shortcuts, but I also know there are solutions that get results, quickly.

I specialize in helping women decrease anxiety and create life balance because I have done it for myself. I have been a psychotherapist (LCSW) and life coach for more than 20 years. And I do get it, it took me years and years of being a therapist and life coach to realize that my goal to “have it all” had left me in a state of constant anxiety and stress that impacted me physically, mentally, and emotionally.

It all got in the way of me living my happiest life. I knew something had to change! I wanted to change how I felt and to do that, I had to prioritize myself, create space for self-care, and start paying attention to my thoughts and feelings, habits and actions.

What I discovered from prioritizing my needs was that I had so much more to give my family, my work, and me, and my confidence became unwavering. Integrating easy practices that fed my soul, allowed me to be so much more present and intentional in my day-to-day life.

I have worked with hundreds of women to overcome these common struggles. My life is not always balanced, and I will always have stress, but I now know how to manage it daily and intentionally to create fulfillment and happiness. I’m deeply committed to personal growth.
