Hi, there. I’m Meredith, a therapist (LCSW), writer, speaker, consultant, and creator. My work focuses on the emotional habits that keep women stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together.

For more than 20 years, I’ve supported women through stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the quiet exhaustion that can come from doing too much for too long.

Grounded in therapy, real-life tools, and honest conversations, my work helps women understand themselves more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and make small changes that actually fit their lives.
