Hi, there. I’m Meredith, a therapist (LCSW), speaker, writer, consultant, and creator. But like you, I’m also more than one role. I’m a mom, someone who loves being outside, and a person who cares deeply about helping women feel more connected to themselves and what matters most.
For more than 20 years, I’ve supported women through stress, anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday pressure to hold everything together.
My work is grounded in therapy, real-life tools, and honest conversations about what keeps us stuck. I help women better understand the habits, thoughts, and beliefs that are getting in the way, so they can begin making small, meaningful changes in their actual lives.
I believe change does not come from becoming a completely different person. Often, it starts with learning to trust yourself again, quieting the self-doubt, and giving yourself support in the places you’ve been trying to push through alone.
