Therapy with Meredith

Colorado + Florida Residents Only

Therapy is a place to slow down, understand what has been happening beneath the surface, and begin working with the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that have started to feel hard to manage.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, career stress, sleep difficulties, perinatal and postpartum concerns, infertility, and the pressure of trying to hold too much for too long.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. In sessions, we will look at what is happening now, how past experiences and current stressors may be shaping your responses, and what tools can help you feel more clear, connected, and supported in your daily life.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, behavioral activation, positive psychology, health psychology, and CBT-I for insomnia. I do not believe every person needs the exact same kind of therapy, so I tailor the work to your needs, goals, and current season of life.

Therapy with me is not only about talking through what hurts, although that matters. It is also about noticing patterns, building skills, practicing new responses, and making small changes between sessions. Sessions are typically 45 to 50 minutes long. When helpful, I may offer reflection questions, tools, or between-session practice to help you continue the work outside of our time together.

My goal is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, feel supported in what you’re carrying, and begin practicing changes that fit your real life.

The quote reads: "Live the life you've always dreamed of. Be fearless in the face of adversity. Never stop learning. Use your imagination whenever possible. Recognize the beauty that surrounds you and remember where you came from, but do not lose sight of where you are going."
