You can’t truly support and care for those around you if you’re not taking care of yourself first. Most of us have heard the metaphor, "You can't pour from an empty cup"- meaning that making time for self-care should be considered a high priority.  But, what if you have forgotten what a full cup looks like?  


First and foremost you must re-prioritize YOU! Everything you need to feel fulfilled, balanced, and happy already lives inside of you. By learning to embrace and own all of it, you can create a life of balance and wellness. When you get in alignment with who you really are you can lean in and accept your whole self, even the imperfect parts.

 

We don't know what this summer holds or what activities we will or will not be doing yet. We don’t know what the ‘new normal’ is yet. So let’s get real about who we are so we can decide what the ‘new normal' looks like for us individually and within our communities.
