I offer workshops and trainings that help audiences and groups achieve greater self-awareness, by focusing on self-love and self-care to enhance confidence in the world. Bookings are available for corporate groups, conferences, retreats, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
Sleep Coaching and Therapy
Long-term insomnia can have a negative and significant impact on your life. I will work with you using CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) techniques and modalities in a timely manner to get you to sleep better quickly.
Walk + Talk Coaching and Therapy
I help individuals living in or visiting Steamboat Springs, Colorado restore balance in their mental and emotional health through traditional talk therapy with a twist – we take therapy off the couch, outside on the core trail, Spring Creek, or a neighborhood walk. The walk can be in lieu of an office appointment or can accompany an office appointment. Walks are typically 25-50 minutes in length.

Come visit beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado and work on yourself in an intensive with women going through similar life experiences and looking for growth and renewal.
